I wish to personally endorse a new product namely a Tripad, that appeared in the Jan’2012 Photoshop User magazine on page 014. It is truly innovative and works just the same as the more expensive ones for shooting tethered, yet its’ price is much less.

Now I don’t know if it sets up in 1.7 seconds but that is close. This is a new company that has thought out and designed a product definitely worthy of consideration.

Although there was a slight “hiccup” in delivery, the company and in particular the CEO went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. And you can’t ask for more than that! I am not receiving any monetary gain for this endorsement, but wish to bring this product to the forefront for members to have a look at.

Finally I can tell you that the product performs exactly the way their advertisement and video indicate. I couldn’t be more happier with the product and I am sure that other NAPP members will be too. While we’ve always had a contact page that has been linked to in the bottom of every page on our site, we have made a couple of improvements that should make getting in touch with us a little easier.

Phone Support – If you have a question and would prefer to contact someone live, we have added a phone number on our contact form now that let’s you talk with us live.

Top of the Page – We have also added a CONTACT link to the top of every page as well so you can quickly get to that page should you need any customer support. We still recommend using the contact form as that is the quickest and most efficient way for us to get in touch with you, however we realized that our contact page was a bit hidden. Not anymore.

At TriPad, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our business. While we may be relatively new on the scene, we understand what WE like when it comes to customer support, and we hope these recent improvements help you quickly get the support you deserve.

We are considering adding a ticketed support system so we can track and verify that all questions, orders, and feedback are properly addressed. Stay tuned to the blog for more information regarding this.
