A: Yes. The TriPad has UV protection embedded in the plastics. We don’t recommend leaving the TriPad outside for long periods of time.

A: All TriPad products are made from 25% recycled plastic.

A: The TriPad shipping box is made from 100% recycled paper.
Q: How do I become a distributor?
A: We’ve been getting many requests from companies that are interested in distributing our products. If you’re interested, please contact us.
Q: Once I place my order how long before my TriPad is shipped?
A: We will manufacture and ship your TriPad within 5 business days from receiving your order.
Q: What tools will I need to install my slide-outs?
A: Just your two hands.
Q: I am concerned about my laptop falling off. Does the TriPad have something to prevent this?
A: Yes definitely! The TriPad is ergonomically designed with the front having a 1” ledge which stops your laptop from sliding off.
Q: Can I place a phone order?
A: Due to the high volume of orders we are no longer able to accept retail orders over the phone. TriPad is only able to accept orders through our website with a credit card payment.
Q: Can I have my TriPad shipped an APO address?
A: Yes we can ship to APO addresses. We ship all APO orders through the United States Postal Service. When entering the ship to address leave the State/Province field “Select” and in the Other State/Province field enter APO or FPO. You will be contacted by a customer service rep regarding the freight amount prior to your order being shipped.
Q: Do you ship outside the USA?
A: Yes. There is an extra cost for shipping outside the U.S.
Q: Will my personal information be sold to mailing lists?
A: Information about our customers is an important part of our business. The only information we collect is what you submit to us and is used only by TriPad for Marketing and research purposes. We are not in the business of selling the information we collect.
Q: Are any discounts offered for professional photographers and videographers, and non-for-profit organizations?
A: There are no current discounts offered, but if either of these groups attends the CES show in Las Vegas they will be given a 10% discount.
